
This is a business plans update for the space energy invention company we are in the process of starting. In this brief summary of our progress, we will tell a little about our property site visits, building construction and property layout plans, projected expenses, and our thought process for how to accomplish all this in phases, as quickly as possible, with the lowest up front cost.
Overall Strategy: Balancing Immediate & Long Term Requirements
Our aim is to get this invention up and running as fast as possible but, as you can imagine, there are timelines for construction that can be somewhat extensive. Since we already know the future size of this business, we must balance the immediate needs with the future growth of the initial business site and factor that into the expected initial financial resources that we will receive. In other words, our first business site must be big enough that it does not restrict our growth once the invention is producing income.
Based on multiple building layout options, we have concluded that a property size of 18 – 25 acres is required. This will allow us more than enough space to construct the invention and then add additional buildings and parking space to accommodate more employees.

Construction Phasing Plan
Phase 1: Construct the building where the invention will be created and operated. Minimal parking space will be needed at this point. A temporary site security plan will be put in place. The initial employees will be hired for invention construction and testing. Our company will be formally established at the beginning of this phase.
Phase 2: Construct a second larger building for additional production space and offices for employees and occasional government and corporate visitors. This stage includes construction of the main parking areas, the entrance road, security fencing, a separate trucking dock area and a formalized permanent site security plan. Additional employees will be hired for invention operation and the beginning of our global operations. We have reason to expect rapid expansion at this point.
Itemized Cost Estimates
Here is the estimated size and cost of the above phased construction plans. Estimations of sizes and costs are subject to change on short notice but, after already considering multiple property and building layouts, these figures below are very close to the expected final numbers.
Please note: these are general details only; specifics will be available once formalized business documents and contracts have been signed / published for public disclosure. Additionally, we are including extra margins in our totals for unexpected cost overruns which are almost always guaranteed with any large building project. The total amounts you see here do not necessarily include that extra amount.
Building + Land
- Building # 1 + Building # 2 size estimate: 120,000 SF
- Property size estimate: 18 – 25 acres
- Location: northern Colorado Springs
- Estimated building 1 + 2 cost: ~ $60M
- Construction costs based on $400 / SF (+ additional costs for specific technical requirements).
- Land: $2.8M
- Parking: $350K ($3 / SF)
- Landscaping: $150K
Employees & Official Travel
- Site security: $300K / yr, contract based (initial / temporary plan only).
- Employee payroll: $2M / yr for first 2 years only (initial list of employees has been compiled by name, based on persons with known skill sets).
- Business air travel: various short and long term options have been considered; ultimately, corporate aircraft will be purchased for $5M – $30M, based on size and range of aircraft required for travel needs.
Site Visits & Layout Designs
We have considered certain properties and made multiple site visits to determine which size and location fits our requirements. We have taken photos on site and looked at satellite images and created land and building layout sketches to scale to see which will fit our current and future needs. At this time, we have found at least one property that we can build on.

Current Funding Status
As indicated previously elsewhere, this project will have overwhelming impact on global energy production and will bring a solution that some “elites” do not want. We have already indicated that this invention is part of a global deliverance from these evil and oppressive people that have kept the world stuck in the past with outdated, dirty and ineffective energy production methods (nuclear fission, windmills, solar, coal, etc). We sincerely hope you already know about this.
Our invention literally comes straight out of a Marvel movie and will do exactly as we have stated. This is not a joke or exaggeration. As such, with all the decades of oppression that has stopped others from bringing their inventions to the world, there is significant opposition from all angles to making this happen. That opposition has already played out directly and personally this year in ways that caused us many significant personal problems.
The total initial cost for everything listed above, plus items not yet listed or estimated, is easily $100M. This post was intended to show a few of the hard facts regarding our progress as evidence that this project is moving forward despite the opposition we have encountered.
