Here is a public update on all major efforts accomplished to date regarding getting our invention business up and running at full operating capability. Included in this post are general details regarding cost estimates, funding status, attorneys, building plans and all that we have accomplished since the inception of this website in 2018. An Unprecedented Global Mission

By way of review, we need to restate what we are here to accomplish and the global assignment we have been given… The invention we will soon be creating is an advanced energy production method that defies mainstream science. Our invention works instead, according to well established  principles, known for the past 100 years, by the electric universe (EU) group of scientists.

Our device is not at all intuitive! It is impossible that anyone could have taken the EU principles and concocted our device. We have extensive detailed design specifications for materials, structure, handling processes, and much more. Without those details, followed to the letter, there is no way to make this invention operate. It is nothing like what others have done before (eg: Nikola Tesla, John Searl, David Adair, etc). In fact, none of the EU scientists have ever discussed anything like the device we are about to build.

The Latest News…

We have finally begun the next substantial phase of our business by entering into agreements with intellectual property and corporate attorneys. We are in the process of signing letters of engagement with law firms that specialize in the exact type of business which we are in. Filing of all required paperwork will begin as soon as possible and will allow us to have more detailed conversations with those we need to do business with.

In order to streamline the most important aspects of our business and to maximize use of funding, we have created a phasing plan where we can get everything running as fast as possible based on the total initial amount of funding we receive. Our expenses are all itemized on spreadsheets that have increasing levels of detail as our efforts progress. Due to SEC regulations (as we recently found out), we cannot openly publicize our funding status. If you are an accredited investor, you can contact us here and inquire about how you can help make this invention reality.

For all those wanting to support our global mission, there are ways to do that which you can find on this website. Due to the confusing and foreign subject of “fundraising activities” governed by SEC regulations, is it (at this stage, for us) nearly impossible to figure out what we can say and what we cannot say. Suffice it to say, there are ways to help us out in the ways that would benefit not just us but, the entire world, should you be interested in doing that. Keep looking around at the pages we’ve posted or, go to the founder’s personal website / blog and see what others have already done there.

Laying The Foundation

Since our founder started his journey 9-13 years ago towards this invention, many foundational aspects have already been put in place. Since many of the future uses of this invention were accurately seen in advance (even before the details of the design came into reality) many stair step tasks were completed including, but not limited to: 

• Creating this website with limited, but sufficient, information about what we are doing. 
• Creating extensive detailed invention designs (written and sketched). 
• Full documentation of the process by which our founder ultimately received the technical design of the invention. 
• Drawing up multiple building and commercial land layout designs. 
• Working with local commercial real estate agents to locate buildings, builders and land for the business site. 
• Creating business development phasing plans with associated lists of all primary expenses. 
• Creating a simple 7-division business organization chart for US and global customers (ie: civil power, EV power, aviation propulsion, spaceflight propulsion, military / defense, R&D, international export).  
• Creating logos for the business / invention and associated promotional products. 
• Establishing a relationship with a wealth management firm that deals exclusively with entrepreneurs and inventors. 

As we have posted on this website since inception in 2018, this is an invention that has a rather unorthodox (but not unprecedented) origin story and an unusually well foreseen future. As a result, we are very confident in where this is going but, we fully recognize that it is reasonably difficult to convey that to those who are new to hearing our story. 

When the world sees our invention operate, most will think it is magic. We however, know that it is pure science. Marvelic science.
